TRAVEL PAYMENT/REFUNDS



  1. All interested players must register for and participate in tryouts. There is no fee for the tryout period.
  2. The Travel Program Fee of $1450 is for Fall and Spring season and can be broken down into 4 payments:
  3. Roster Acceptance Fee: $362.50 due upon acceptance of travel placement (MAY 29)
  4. Payment 2: $362.50 due on JUNE 30
  5. Payment 3: $362.50 due prior to the start of the Fall Season (AUGUST 31)
  6. Payment 4: $362.50 due at the conclusion of the Fall Season (DECEMBER 7)
  7. The Premiere Program Fee of $2695 is for Fall and Spring season and can be broken down into 4 payments:
  8. Roster Acceptance Fee: $673.75 due upon acceptance of travel placement (JUNE 2)
  9. Payment 2: $673.75 due on JUNE 30
  10. Payment 3: $673.75 due prior to the start of the Fall Season (AUGUST 31)
  11. Payment 4: $673.75 due at the conclusion of the Fall Season (DECEMBER 7)
  12. The Roster Acceptance Fee is non-refundable.
  13. Players have the ability to opt out of the Spring prior to the Payment 4 due date. Any fees collected prior to the Opt-Out are non-refundable.
  14. Exceptions to the payment/refund policy:
  15. Any player who moves out of town prior to August 15 (for Fall play) or March 15 (for Spring play) and gives prompt notification to New Canaan FC (NCFC) will receive a full refund.
  16. Any player who is unable to participate for the bulk of a season for medical reasons and gives prompt notification will be considered for a full or partial refund.

SCHOOL LEAGUE/JUNIOR RAMS/PETITE RAMS PAYMENT/ REFUNDS

  1. Registration for NCFC School League, Junior Rams and Petite Rams Programs occurs on a rolling basis until the programs reach capacity for each season. Registration needs to occur for each season of participation. Payments for these programs are due upon registration and are non-refundable.
  2. Current Program Fees are:
  3. School League: $200 per season/$25 games only
  4. Junior Rams: $225 per season for the U6/Kindergarten Age group; $315 per season for the U7/First Grade and U8/Second Grade Age groups
  5. Petite Rams: $215 per season
