Coach Comment

After a positive performance in the Ridgefield tournament the girls were in good stead and up for this difficult away game to ERU. However we tried to get authority in the game but were truly up against a very good and well structured side. It was hard to play our game of soccer and lots of individual mistakes and lack of concentration proved pivotal in this game. However we rallied in the second half and proved more of a contest then the first half

Coach Focus for the Coming Week

This week’s main focus is positional awareness and how to defend and attack as a unit

Player(s) of the week

Gabrielle Savelli

Player of the week Qualities Exhibited

Whether Gabby plays in goal or as a defender or midfielder she’s always composed and brings a calmness to the team, against a very strong team she displayed another solid performance breaking up opponents attacks and also starting our attacks down the right hand side!

Captains coming week

To be determined on practice performance
